Emerson Elementary School offers rigorous standards-based academic program as well as a unique and compelling learning environment. Located on the Eastside of Riverside near the University of California, Riverside, Emerson Elementary School serves students from preschool through sixth grade. With a dedicated team of educators and staff, Emerson offers a well-rounded, inclusive educational experience for all learners. The school is committed to academic achievement, equity, and social-emotional development, guided by its School Plan for Student Achievement (SPSA), which emphasizes literacy growth, increased student engagement, and strong family partnerships.
